A rapidly growing company in the Harrisonburg area is creating an Internal Audit Manager position to examine the past two years of their business and create a scalable & efficient Internal Audit function for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to join a superb company that’s poised for explosive growth!  As their Internal Audit Manager you’ll work directly under the Controller and CFO to accomplish this task. Although you'll have a team of consultants available to help, they’re looking for someone who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves to actually get the work done. Internal Audit Manager Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or (ideally) a mix of both
• Experience auditing publicly traded companies preferred
• Accounting/finance degree required
• CPA highly preferred
