Business Development Executive (Up to 70% Travel) – SALARY+UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Our client offers title clearing and mortgage discharge tracking services to all realms of the real estate industry, and has seen the increasing demand become a key factor for the future of their company. They have quickly found themselves in need of a relentless, go-getter, preferably with experience in the real estate/mortgage banking industry, to drive their service into new territory throughout the Southeast.

This service specializes in the procurement of document(s) necessary to remove previously paid-off liens from commercial and residential properties – regardless of whether that lien is held by a corporation, government office, or private entity. Our client is looking for an individual with the right attitude and drive to increase market penetration between Texas and Georgia, and eventually cultivate and manage the operation.

 

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and cultivate key leads
  • Engage key potential customers through in person and phone meetings/presentations
  • Establish new, and maintain existing, client relationships
  • Attend tradeshows and association meetings in various high-clientele locations
  • Achieve agreed upon sales and revenue goals
  • Lead all aspects of sales process, while utilizing company resources to assist in execution of sales
  • Provide a high level of service to clients and increase their loyalty to the company
  • Determine appropriate sales/service plans for each individual customer and execute
  • Research and assess business levels of clientele to ensure revenue growth
  • Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and technology developments that are affecting target markets
  • Engage in sales planning and forecasting
  • Develop a professional and cooperative relationship with all levels of staff and customers
  • Comply at all times with the organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct as well as all of their company policies
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

 

Sales Executive Qualifications:

  • Sales Executive must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel for the majority of their time
  • Ability to excel at individual work that meets and exceeds company goals
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing extraordinary service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale

 

Sales Executive Education / Training / Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or similar field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience as a sales representative, ideally in the real estate, title or mortgage banking industry
  • Title/Real Estate industry sales experience, knowledge of current TRID rules, CFPB compliance and ALTA Best Practices preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
