Account Executive – Software Sales

Our client is a rapidly growing software startup using cutting edge technology to disrupt a massive industry.  They are looking for a Sales Executive to help keep pace with the demand for their products.  The ideal candidate is an experienced software sales manager who is looking for new challenges in a growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with new technology on a talented team.

The Sales Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • Responsible for a multi-million dollar sales quota.
  • 4+ years of enterprise software sales to Fortune 500 companies including consulting services sales.
  • Experience creating  and executing sales plans that generate and maximize revenue with customers, both new and existing. 
  • Target new sales opportunities within existing accounts and potential customers.
  • Manage relationships with current customers to ensure success.
  • The successful sales manager has the ability to learn, understand and communicate the technical aspects of products to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working is software startups and experience selling products related to data analysis is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree required. BS is preferred.
